Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Worker. The job site is in Ventura/North Malibu . Great work opportunity to learn on job sites that build the best and most luxurious homes.

• Minimum 3 months of construction experience in outdoor settings. 
• Able to consistently list up to 49+ lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Must maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Positive attitude. 

Responsibilities:

• Moves workpieces, tools, and supplies manually and/or by truck.
• Spread, rake, and finish concrete and soil work.
• Site cleanup.
• Assists with labor-intensive general construction tasks.
• Uses shovels and other digging and hand tools; some power tools.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned, to ensure an efficient and effective work environment.
• Must maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with local procedures, rules, and regulations.
