  Location: Hybrid - Remote/Travel

Are you a technical writer with a strong background working in the manufacturing industry? Are you currently available and looking to start your next tech writing project? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Our firm is seeking a technical writer for ongoing work to support our manufacturing clients. You’ll be responsible for gathering information from subject matter experts and writing system descriptions, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.

Minimum skills required include:

• Five or more years of technical writing experience working on documentation for manufacturing. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with subject matter experts, including engineers and equipment operators.
• Experience with and understanding of equipment and manufacturing processes. 
• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise documentation using technical writing best practices. 
• Sharp eye for detail and exemplary organizational skills.
• Availability to travel once or twice a month.
• Have a laptop.
