Talis Group’s client, a highly respected medium-sized Louisville law firm , is seeking an Attorney with experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Real Estate Law to join their outstanding team. This firm is known for its strong reputation, supportive culture, and longstanding client relationships with large publicly traded companies and financial institutions. They have a great work life balance with no minimum billable requirements (many billing in the 1000 -1200 area)

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a variety of corporate and real estate transactions for sophisticated clients, including publicly traded companies and financial institutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and other business-related agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and joint ventures.
• Assist clients with title and survey review, due diligence, closing preparation, and risk assessment for commercial real estate projects.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients navigating complex regulatory and compliance matters.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys while building and maintaining direct client relationships.
• Engage in opportunities for professional growth through mentoring, training, and cross-practice collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• J.D. and Kentucky licensed. 
• Experience in corporate law, commercial real estate law, or both.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work directly with sophisticated clients.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to thrive in a flexible, family-oriented environment.
