Shamrock Recovery Services in Prescott, AZ is looking for a counselor to join our team. We are located on 1000 Ainsworth Drive Suite B215. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive and nurturing emotional environment
- Interview clients and analyze areas of concern
- Develop and administer strategic treatment plans to ensure client well being
- Scheduling and maintaining sessions with assigned clients
- Note completion within 24 hours of session
- Administer measurement tools as necessary
- Ability to discern client needs and utilize appropriate modalities for treatment
- Collaboration with other members of the team as for a holistic approach
- Group therapy, as necessary
- Provide emotional assistance to patients aiding them through tough times
Qualifications
- Experience working as a counselor
- Ability to remain patient and positive with clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certification or licenses as required by state laws, Master level education or valid Associate or Independent Licensure.
