Crew Member - $18.40-$19.40/hour

The Crew Member is responsible for taking customer orders at the front counter or drive-thru, handling payments, and ensuring a positive guest experience. They must be friendly, accurate, and efficient while maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area.  Basic customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders at the front counter or drive thru
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Assemble orders quickly and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining and service areas
• Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service
• Refill condiments, napkins, and supplies as needed
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards

Skills/Experience

• Minimum age: usually 16 years old (may vary by location)
• No prior experience needed – training is provided
• Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, shifts)
• Team player with good customer service skills
