Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Pull customer sales data from BD’s systems and sales reports.
• Compare sales data against contractual commitments.
• Run contract shortfall analysis using the existing shortfall calculator in MS Excel.
• Propose solutions and insights to recover contract shortfalls based on analytics.

Experience Required

• Experience in business or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with managing and processing large amounts of data using MS Excel, including pivot tables and macros.

Skills & Certifications

• Business/financial acumen: Understanding of basics of Profit & Loss drivers such as price, volume (units), revenue, margin, etc.
• Analytical skills: Ability to manage and process large amounts of data in MS Excel, identify patterns, and use pivot tables and macros.
• Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate data and information challenges effectively.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and clear documentation.
• Basic knowledge of integrating different datasets in Excel.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• Strong understanding of business/financial concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
