Customer Service Rep / Data Entry - $20/hour
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing wholesale manufacturing company for a Customer Service / Data Entry position in the Sevierville, TN area.
Customer Service / Data Entry Responsibilities:
-Providing customer service & support via telephone, email, and online chat
-Providing suggestions over the phone
-Receive and enter all orders for the customer
-Acknowledge ship dates and track progress through manufacturing process
-High volume Order entry
-Maintain highest degree of customer service
-Other duties as needed
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
-2-3 years in an office setting.
-Previous customer service/data entry is preferred.
-Having a manufacturing/administrative background is a plus.
-Personable and detail-oriented
-Able to multi-task, while having little supervision.
-Previous logistics experience is a plus as well
