Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team in  Fort Worth, TX . As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our showroom visitors while helping create a positive and welcoming environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our products and ensuring they have a great experience.

Shift Timing: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers with a professional and engaging attitude.
• Handle incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
• Learn and assist with the returns process, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Provide updates on estimated product arrival times, keeping customers informed.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail customer service
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to remain professional, friendly and approachable with customers
