Elite Corporate Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced Cyber Security Manager on behalf of a leading U.S.-based manufacturer located in Pompano Beach, FL. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and optimizing IT systems to support day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a proactive and skilled professional ready to join a stable and growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do - Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company's cybersecurity posture.
- Day-to-day tasks include managing application security, network security, and information security, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security protocols.
- The manager will also be tasked with leading cybersecurity awareness programs, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
What We’re Looking For - Proficiency in Application Security, Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security
- Experience in conducting Vulnerability Assessments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead a cybersecurity team
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with security compliance standards and frameworks
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (per ITAR regulations).
Bonus Skills - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus
Additional Requirements - Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.
- No travel required.
