NewGen Administrative Services is committed to providing compassionate, quality care while fostering a positive culture. They are seeking a Data Analyst to interpret and analyze data, develop databases, and support decision-making processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret and analyze data using calculations relevant to the organization, create and maintain reports for leadership to support Decision making process
• Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Obtain data from all sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with different departments of the organization to assist in information needs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, summarize, analyze, and disseminate large amount of data with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Qualifications:
-Required:
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Accounting
• 3-5 years of working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Strong knowledge and experience in using SQL and Excel required
• Strong analytical skills with experience in organizing and analyzing large datasets
• Experience in analyzing large volume of data of multiple entities
-Preferred:
• Some accounting background and experience highly preferred
