Job Title: MRO Data Analyst
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday–Wednesday (core days); remote optional Thursday–Friday
Reporting To: Project Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MRO Data Analyst to support the cleanup and enhancement of our Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) database. This role will involve identifying and correcting inaccurate or incomplete records, ensuring accurate categorization, and improving item-level data quality across our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete MRO item data through research using supplier/manufacturer resources and online tools.
Classify MRO items (e.g., motors, bearings) into appropriate categories.
Determine if MRO items already exist in the system and either update or create records accordingly.
Utilize the "Integrity” tool to enter new items, edit existing records, and make necessary modifications.
Meet project goals and deliverables as set by the Project Manager.
Deliverables:
Cleaned and updated data replacing incorrect or missing entries.
Accurate categorization of all MRO items with essential details included.
Integration of legacy data into current item records.
Enrichment of item records with relevant supplemental data.
Documentation and tracking of items requiring further research.
Consistent achievement of weekly/monthly performance targets.
