Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Qlik Sense.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Work closely with business units to understand analytical needs and translate them into data-driven solutions .
Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting outputs.
Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Operations, etc.) to identify trends, monitor KPIs , and support strategic decision-making.
Participate in the continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and methodologies.

Expertise You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Proven hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Qlik Sense (dashboard design, data storytelling).
Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, subqueries, optimization).
Solid understanding of business processes and KPIs in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
