Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for customer service and organization? We're looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist and Dispatcher for our appliance repair services. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data related to service requests, customer information, and parts inventory.
Customer Service: Provide excellent support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Dispatcher: Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring timely dispatch of repair technicians.
Parts Ordering: Manage inventory and order necessary parts to facilitate efficient repairs.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation:
1st Year Starting Salary: $35,568 annually ($17.00 per hour)
2nd Year Salary: $39,500 annually ($19.00 per hour)
Benefits: Medical coverage starts after 12 months
Work Environment:
Office location in Downtown Dallas, TX
Not remote; employees are expected to report to the office each working day
