Join Our Seasonal Team as a Data Review Clerk!
Seasonal Term: February through May
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy solving puzzles? We're looking for a Seasonal Data Review Clerk to help ensure our student records and photo data are accurate and error-free. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining quality and keeping our production process on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy administrative tasks, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Do
- Verify that images are accurately matched to the correct records.
- Resolve data discrepancies quickly to prevent delays in our production process.
- Update student records with changes provided by school staff after picture day.
- Identify and correct missing or mismatched information in student records.
- Stay organized and meet important deadlines for data corrections.
- Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members and maintain positive, productive working relationships.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with management and peers.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team.

- Computer savvy with the ability to learn new programs and navigate systems easily.
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required—we'll provide training!
