Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in agentic AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Databricks and ServiceNow API integration to support the development of an intelligent intake and routing system for security-related requests. This role will work closely with a Project Lead Lead Developer and an Architect to build and refine AI-driven workflows that automate request parsing deduplication SLA tracking and ticket routing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Lead Developer and Architect to implement agentic AI workflows for processing security intake requests.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance contextual understanding and ensure accurate classification and deduplication.
• Develop and maintain API integrations between the AI agent and ServiceNow enabling automated ticket creation and updates.
• Implement logic to monitor SLA compliance by analyzing historical records and owner responses.
• Contribute to system design discussions and provide input on scalable secure architecture.
• Write clean maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation.

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain Semantic Kernel AutoGPT).
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture including vector databases embedding models and retrieval logic.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks in the following areas
• Delta tables
• workspaces
• Model training using Databricks
• ML lifecycle management
• Deployment in Databricks GPU instances
• Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP email/document parsing and LLM integration.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs data models and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with security operations request management and SLA tracking.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.

• Experience with LLM orchestration autonomous agents and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and administrative workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and secure API development.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD) are a plus.
