My Little Sunflower Academy is a licensed home-based daycare providing a safe, loving, and structured environment inspired by the Montessori method . We are looking for a dedicated childcare professional with leadership skills to support daily operations and help maintain a high standard of care.

This role offers long-term stability and opportunity for growth for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily daycare operations
• Providing hands-on care and supervision
• Assisting with age-appropriate, Montessori-inspired activities
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and organized environment
• Communicating professionally with families
• Supporting and guiding other staff when needed

Requirements:

• Previous daycare or childcare experience
• Leadership mindset and strong work ethic
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Reliable, nurturing, and professional attitude

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay & Benefits:

• $17–$20 per hour , based on experience
• Paid holidays (daycare closed)
• Two weeks of vacation (1 paid, 1 unpaid)
