Practice Location : Doylestown Dental Cosmetic Center - 467 N Main St, Doylestown, PA 18901

We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice in  Doylestown, PA . We are a new upbeat dental practice in the area and we are looking to build a strong team that can grow with us.

As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all our patients.

Prior experience working in a dental office is required.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Thursday: 7.30am-5pm
• Mon and Fri (half day): 8am-12pm or 9am-12pm

Responsibilities :

• Answering phone call, handling patient inquiries and scheduling.
• Greet and welcome patients into the office.
• Accomplish the necessary paperwork for the patient check-in.
• Collect payments and checkout patients.
• Verify patient's insurance benefits, file claims and other insurance related tasks.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.
