PRODUCTION LEAD
DIRECT HIRE
2ND SHIFT
Responsibilities will be to coordinate production operations, work with managers on scheduling, quality, work with employees in the department, train new employees, documentation, paperwork and observe operations and process improvement.
Qualifications include; High School diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience and at least 6 months of working in a "Lead" capacity. Must also have experience with production reports, be able to effectively communicate with team/managers, proficiency in reading work instructions, attention to detail and above average computer skills.
