Join our team as the Director of Enablement and lead the charge in optimizing operations through automation and standardization. This role offers a unique opportunity to reduce friction, increase responsiveness, and drive significant process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and speed of our teams.
**About the Enablement Team**
Our Enablement Team is dedicated to streamlining operations and improving efficiency across the organization. By focusing on automation and standardization, we aim to reduce complexity and foster a culture of agility and responsiveness. This role will be crucial in aligning operational strategies with project objectives and driving our mission forward.
**What you'll do:**
+ Optimize operations through automation and standardization
+ Identify and reduce friction within operational processes
+ Drive process improvements and create standardized templates and workflows
+ Collaborate with the Director of the PMO to align strategies and outcomes
+ Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and eliminate redundant tasks
**What you'll bring:**
+ Expertise in operational excellence, automation, and standardization
+ Proven track record in process improvement and leadership
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
+ Experience in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
+ Ability to drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

**Minimum Qualifications...**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 7 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
3 years' supervisory experience.
4 years' project management experience.
