Job Description
Dock Representative works on the cruise ship docks downtown Juneau, Alaska as a coordinator between ship sales staff, TEMSCO base and Dog Camp.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and gathering cruise ship guests and collecting necessary guest information in a professional and engaging manner
- Maintaining strict timelines for tour operations
- Effectively communicating with TEMSCO dispatch team and ship agents to ensure booking accuracy and seat capacity
- Keeping an accurate record of daily passenger counts with ships and TEMSCO Dispatch
- Communicating with Dog Camp departure times, # of passengers and assisting in collecting Dog Camp waivers.
To be a successful Dog Camp Dock Representative for Gold Rush Dog Tours applicants should be:
- Highly organized
- Customer service oriented
- A proactive problem solver
- Able to work independently
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
