What’s a typical day as a Document Control Specialist? You’ll be: • Editing and formatting documents for consistency and compliance with applicable company standards.
• Ensuring proper filing and organization of quality documentation.
• Scanning and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Supporting the management of documents as directed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have advanced level proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to transfer documents onto applicable company templates.
• Are detail-oriented and thorough in your work.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
Preferable qualifications:
• Experience with document management/records management.
