STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS HAS AN OPENING!

Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Document Control Specialist for a contract opening with one of our largest clients!

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position . The details are below.

Job Title : Document Control Specialist
Contract : 9 Months
Location : Calgary, Canada

Job/Role Description:

Upload/management of documentation into system of record (SOR), D2
Management of document #s in SOR
Interfacing with EPCs/suppliers on document submission packages, providing support internally and externally as required
Quality control review of document submissions (appropriate naming, attributes, stamping, drafting requirements, etc.)
Document control workflow progression
Quality control for document turnover/close out
Generation or review of EPC/supplier reports as required

Required Skills/Experience:

Familiar with Documentum an advantage
3 years previous doc control experience in Oil and Gas either owner operator, EPC or supplier
advanced computer skills (MS office 365), intermediate experience (bluebeam, CAD software), demonstrated ability to master other software applications
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Self-starter and independent worker
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
