DRAFTSMAN
Day Shift
$25-$35/hr DOE
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Creating detail drawings for shell and tube heat exchangers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create detail drawings for use in shop fabrication.
- Complete Code Data Report(s) for each exchanger.
- Perform basic design of certain non-code parts not designed by the Product Designer.
- Perform final design of tube layout with locations of all tie rods, seal bars, dummy tubes, etc.
- Maintain and care for computer system.
- Verify that all drawings meet the requirements of ASME code, TEMA standards and any other applicable codes or standards.
- Validate that drawings meet all use-defined needs and specifications.
