Hillside Garden Ace Hardware is looking for an experienced truck driver to join our team!
We sell and deliver bulk compost, mulch, and soil to customers using a ~5cuft dump truck.
We also have deliveries of large items using a 12ft box truck.
Schedule will likely be 24-32 hours per week, and will include Sundays and Wednesdays.
Ability to use a front-loader is a plus, but we're certainly willing to train.
A CDL is not required for this job, as we maintain a weight limit well below the 26,000lb threshold.
Our delivery area is primarily composed of: Belmont, Cambridge, Watertown, Arlington, and Lexington - familiarity with those areas is a plus!
Necessary Experience: some hours driving similar vehicles, clean driving record, ability to pass a background check, and the ability to work with customers and coworkers
