Job Description

Our client, a leading law firm, is looking for an eDiscovery Counsel with several years of experience to join their team in Houston, Austin, Dallas, or Washington, D.C. As a key member of the Disputes Technology & Services practice group, the eDiscovery Counsel will play a crucial role in providing legal advice on electronic discovery matters, developing strategies for eDiscovery processes, advising on records management and data governance, and engaging with opposing parties on eDiscovery issues. Additionally, this role involves managing a team of legal professionals, presenting firm-wide trainings, and staying updated on eDiscovery trends and caselaw. This position is hybrid, requiring an in-office presence 3 days a week. Candidates must be barred in the state they live in. Expected salary for this role is $185,000 - $215,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
