Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Paralegal to join their team. With a focus on document reviews, legal research, and trial preparation, this role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge eDiscovery tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have several years of eDiscovery experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in office software. This role is in-house, 5 days a week, in our client's Sacramento office.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Dive deep into document reviews, organizing, and analysis
- Conduct legal research and manage discovery documents
- Draft legal documents and prepare for trials
- Work with cutting-edge eDiscovery platforms and tools
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS- Several years of eDiscovery experience
- Familiarity with EDRM practices and relational databases
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro)
- Experience in labor and employment law and case management is a plus
- Compliance with CA’s Business and Professions Code 6450
Expected salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
