We’re seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to support our operations. This role is perfect for organized individuals who excel in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into databases and CRM systems.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing records.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate reports and organize files as needed.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity.
- Follow company protocols for data management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- No prior experience needed— training provided!
- Preferred: Familiarity with data entry software (e.g., QuickBooks, Salesforce).
Salary & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay: 15–18/hour (commensurate with experience/location).
- Annual Equivalent: 31,200 – 37,440 (for full-time roles).
