- Orchestrating the framework of our safety initiatives and fostering a learning culture.
- Undertaking thorough incident analysis with a keen eye for improvement.
- Facilitating dynamic safety reviews and skill-building seminars.
- Initiating and embedding the fundamentals of safety in all new team members.
- Partnering with HR to prioritize safety in staffing decisions.
- Diligently monitor and assess modified duty job functions and communicate with healthcare representatives.
- Organize necessary documentation for every industrial incident.
- Participate with Division Safety Managers in navigating insurance details and safety upgrades.
- Remain proactive in safety innovation through industrial associations.
- Develop and validate all required regulatory reports and notices.

- A strong educational grounding complemented by lucid communication abilities.
- Valued: Degree in Safety/Environmental disciplines or relevant experience.
