Job title: Epic Data Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years of that experience tied to data analysis within the healthcare setting.
Expert level understanding of Epic Clarity reporting & clinical modules, and Caboodle report models for contract and roster management.
Competent in SQL including complex queries, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, & query optimization
Strong grasp of analytic and statistical methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Google infrastructure (GCP, Big Query, Looker, Google Sheets, etc)
Knowledge and application of project management disciplines in a complex environment.
Experience observing stakeholders and workflows to learn about underlying clinical problems and potential solutions.
Clinical experience in the inpatient or outpatient setting.
Experience in facilitating, leading, and influencing large interdisciplinary project teams.
Experience with Agile Development methods and tools.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities.
Understanding the relationship between Health Maintenance in Epic, and quality measures.
Experience using data from external credentialing systems.
