Job Summary
W e are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Equipment Readiness Operator to support operational readiness through the preparation, loading, and receiving of equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, and forklift operation. This position is essential in ensuring equipment is properly maintained, staged, and shipped to meet job demands.
Job Description
- Support Equipment Readiness Leads and Engineers with job preparation activities.
- Perform noninvasive final preparation of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.
- Execute and close work orders (WOs) accurately using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Prepare documentation for calibrations, function tests, inspections, and certifications.
- Load and unload tools and equipment; prepare shipments and stage equipment for operations.
- Receive and inspect returned equipment after offload from Logistics.
- Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy through diligent shipping/receiving practices.
- Operate forklifts and related material handling equipment safely.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and reduce cost of service delivery (CoSD).
- Comply with all Division TLM standards and participate in the Competency Management System.
S kills Required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Majority of work is conducted outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Fast-paced environment driven by operational demands.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided and required.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal office systems.
- Experience in warehouse operations, forklift usage, truck loading, and inventory management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift certification not required; training provided.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate
Additional Details
- Schedule: Rotational (14 days on / 6 days off)
- Shift: Day (4:00 AM – 4:00 PM) & Night (4:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
