ESTIMATOR CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION
About the Job:
DICO INCORPORATED a 50-year-old Concrete Construction Company is currently seeking for Cost Estimator who is goal-oriented, a leader and self-motivated.
Requirements:
- The successful applicant will be responsible for reading and analyzing documentation and drawings to prepare accurate estimates for labor, time, cost, and material.
- Will also consult with vendors, clients and construction foremen in order to formulate competitive bids.
- The Cost Estimator is a Sales Team Leader and coordinates when preparing the estimates for bids. During the process, may consult with the clients, engineers, architects and others for the preparation of such bids.
- The ideal candidate will have the capacity for working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking, prioritizing and attention to detail are required. Should have the working knowledge about concrete, rebar, and recommend ways to make a project more profitable.
