Main Responsibilities of an office associate: Have fun while providing accurate work and exceptional customer service.
This is for an office associate/Back-up Bookkeeper.
Supervise, lead and direct all front end employees
Create a fun and uplifting culture for all employees
Provide assistance to customers who need a money order, Western Union, lottery, etc.
Assist cashiers with any issues / concerns that they may experience
Run a register whenever needed
Count tills, prepare night deposit and other general bookkeeping duties
Answer the phone and emails
Assist customers with any questions that they may have
This position will be mainly evenings.

Must be able to bend, squat, climb and lift objects overhead

Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends
