Job Description
Our client is seeking an EA to the CFO and the Chief People Officer and two other HR team members to join their team in New York! They would love someone who is not just a straight EA but also has project coordination –kind of like a compliance and/or coordination (do you have all the information you need, etc.)
- Hours are 8am-4pm (they operate on a 35-hour work week), overtime will be effective based on that. Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in office)
- Temp with potential for TTP
- Pay $50 per hour– approx. 110k as perm
- Hybrid schedule - Tues, Wed, Thurs in office
Responsibilities:- They will launch something and sometimes there is tracking and follow up that needs to be done
- EA to the CFO and the Chief People Officer and two other HR team members
- Keeping track of different initiatives that are going on and what they are doing – certainly the agenda for the team weekly meetings
- A little more compliance on the Finance and HR side
- Can represent HR and Finance internally facing and the organization to employees
- Systems admin – adding users, updating, a little bit of maybe some office coordination responsibilities (they’d like to have someone who handles the visitors and building security badges – goes along with security/confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required
- Ideally someone coming out of a non-profit or related industry
- C-level experience
- Friendly, but can be reserved.
- Would like to see someone with c-level EA experience, ideally working with finance and/or HR or legal (comparable in terms of level of confidentiality/discretion)
- Need to be super confidential
