Tonna Mechanical is looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman in Rochester, MN.
Applicant Must Have:
- Experience leading Commercial projects/replacements and managing a team.
- Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with general contractors and apprentices.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings and symbols.
- Basic knowledge of current mechanical codes.
- Experience measuring and submitting duct fittings for fabrication.
- Ability to effectively organize materials needed and schedule manpower accordingly.
- Knowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork installations.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- 1+ years’ experience running projects/replacements
- Basic knowledge of project management and progression of the construction process.
- Strong desire to continue to grow and expand knowledge and abilities of the trade.
- A competitive individual contributor who is a team player.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude.
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation based on experience and qualification; room for advancement.
Hours of operation are from 7 am – 5 pm Monday through Thurday. Fridays and overtime hours may be required. Applicants may be required lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and ladders, have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, drug screens, and training requirements.
