Job Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a local private school in the Raleigh area recruit a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a full time position working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Facilities Maintenance Technician will maintain campus buildings and equipment
- Technician will perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical/lighting, and security system needs
- Technician will maintain boilers, chillers, and swimming pool equipment
- Technician will troubleshoot vehicles and golf carts
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 4+ years facilities maintenance background
- Candidates must have strong knowledge of plumbing
- Candidates must have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Candidates must have knowledge of fire safety requirements
- Candidate must be proficient in using hand and power tools
- Must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
