Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of work experience in facility agriculture or a related field.
3. Experience working in Oceania, with an understanding of local agricultural facility needs and regulations.
4. Excellent English communication skills, able to use English as the working language.
5. Experience in greenhouse construction, automation systems, and irrigation system planning is preferred. 1. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the farm, ensuring production efficiency and quality standards.

1. Plan and design facility agriculture projects, including greenhouse construction, automation systems, and irrigation system planning.
2. Monitor budget and cost control, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Lead the team, including farm workers and technicians, to ensure efficient operations.
4. Regularly report project progress and operational status to senior management.
5. Ensure the farm complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
