Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial generators.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and recommend necessary repairs.
- Execute troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure optimal generator performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay informed about updates and changes in generator models and equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in generator repair and maintenance with a strong understanding of industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability.
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and twisting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including travel and overnight stays.
- Compliance with drug and alcohol testing requirements.
- Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Competency in using computers, particularly in Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to use basic shop equipment.
- DOT Medical Card required.
