Hybrid role - 4 days Onsite and 1 day Remote Job Description: - This position will be Hybrid (four days in office/one day remote)
- Technology project experience preferred
- Support multiple large technology project implementation initiatives with the primary responsibility being financial evaluation and validation of actual charges vs budget
- 5-10 Years Provides analytical support

- This role will support multiple large technology project implementation initiatives with the primary responsibility being financial evaluation and validation of actual charges vs budget.
- Some other responsibilities may include developing presentations, process documentation and other project support activities.
- Reporting onsite 80% of the time preferred with some flexibility.
- 5-10 Years: Provides analytical support.
- Works with internal employees and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Prepares cost reports, including forecasts and outlooks, and monitors project accounting.
- They validate invoices, expenditures, and change requests impacting budgets.
- Identify and implement improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and recommending actions.
- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Guides the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Providing trends and forecasts explaining processes and techniques and recommending actions.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results monitoring variances identifying trends recommending actions to management.
- Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
