AtWork is hiring a Quick Service Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This leader will embody AtWork’s core values — Respect, Trust, Commitment, Discipline, and Growth — and foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee operations, food quality, and guest service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Create efficient schedules and manage labor compliance
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance
• Monitor KPIs, costs, and store performance
• Drive improvement through data, feedback, and collaboration
Qualifications
• 2+ years as GM or Assistant GM in QSR or fast-casual
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of labor, scheduling, and P&L basics
• High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
Preferred
• Experience within the QSR industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Familiarity with labor management systems
Work Conditions
• Full-time, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must lead both morning and evening shifts as needed
