Position Overview
The General Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to coordinate the efforts of various teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects, both residential and commercial.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of work.
  • Develop and maintain project management protocols and procedures.
  • Provide training and development for team members as needed.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in residential and commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Experience in quality control, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to train and develop staff and teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulations and safety management practices.
  • Strong organizational and office management skills.
