Responsibilities:
- Produce a considerable portion of a $3-$4 million fundraising goal annually
- Oversee a portfolio of institutional prospects while exploring and identifying potential new funding sources
- Assist with the cultivation of potential donors and operate as the prospect manager for the donor portfolio
- Develop, submit and monitor grant reports and proposals in the Grant Hub
- Manage deadlines for the Corporate and Foundations Team
- Oversee restricted and unrestricted grant proposals
- Aid with the compilation of information for the creation of LOIs and proposals
- Collaborate with other teams to generate purposeful grant proposals, keep track of outcomes, and report on the results from grants
- Disclose reporting requirements to Operations, Finance, Development, Operations, Finance, and Club staff promptly
- Partner with the Finance team to produce budgets for proposals
- Provide outstanding management to donors
- Maintain the fundraising database with relevant information
- Stay up to date with the organization’s activities and programs
- Provide assistance to the Development team managed events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of grant writing experience
- Demonstrated ability to raise $1 million+ annually
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Enthusiastic to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
