COMPENSATION: $90,000 - $100,000 annual plus excellent benefits

PACE is local community nonprofit organization founded in 1976 to provide job training and placement services for the Asian Pacific Islander communities in Los Angeles. PACE has since expanded into a variety of service areas, all tailored to meet the growing and changing needs of the multi-ethnic communities in Los Angeles County. Now, in addition to job training and employment services, significant PACE programs encompass: Business Development; Early Childhood Education (Head Start); Financial Education and Asset Building; Housing and Rehabilitation Services; Weatherization and Energy-conservation programs; and Affordable Housing Development. POSITION DESCRIPTION
PACE is seeking an experienced Grants Manager to join a dynamic and committed development team working to provide economic and community development opportunities to Los Angeles’ diverse low-income, ethnic minority and immigrant communities. This role will serve as the liaison between the Agency and grant funders. The Grants Manager will be responsible for researching, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals/reports that support Agency goals and comply with funder guidelines/criteria. The Grants Manager will be primary grant writer who will also manage stakeholder relationships, engage in compliance reporting, and support special project initiatives. This role requires strong writing, data analysis, program budgeting, and project management skills with an emphasis on outcome measurement. The Grant Manager will be responsible for all governmental proposals to federal, state, city, and county agencies.
