Position Summary
The incumbent in this position performs various duties to assist University Police in maintaining security of the buildings, parking lots, garages, and surrounding areas of the LSU Health - New Orleans campus.
Additional Position Information
LSU Health New Orleans Campus Police Department is seeking motivated applicants for the position of Guard. Starting rate of pay is dependent upon applicants'
qualifications
. We also offer $2.50 Shift Differential pay and up to $2 Longevity pay per hours worked only.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited too:
- Patrols an assigned area.
- Checks security of buildings and grounds.
- Monitors alarm panels and cameras for disturbances
- Receives and transmits messages over two way radio
