Want to make $70,000 a year Cutting Hair?
Full or Part-time Hair Stylist. High Volume Salon, Flexible Hours, Established Customer Base for a 20+ year old Salon.
We are the top 5% of all Great Clips salons in the Greater Philadelphia and Baltimore markets. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "Effective Wage" in the market (base wage including productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week our stylists' average effective wage was $36.62. Some make a little less and some make substantially more to average it to this number depending on how proficient you are. No one in my company earns less than $30/hour in total.
- Free shears just for coming in for an interview ($199 MSRP).

Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients on stylistics options for their hair.
- Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
- Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
- Shampooing, cutting and styling hair.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid active Pennsylvania Barber or Cosmetology License.
- Proficient with hot irons, curlers and blow-dryers is helpful.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
