Job Title : Healthcare Data Analyst / Data Governance

Role description :

partner with business owners to document end-to-end data flows, including sources, transformations, and business metric definitions
work with business teams to reconcile differences in metric definitions and calculations to ensure consistency in reporting across the organization
collaborate across clinical, operational, financial, and quality functional areas
create metadata repositories for metrics, reports, and data elements
develop comprehensive data dictionary and business glossary
design control metrics and discrepancy reporting to enable long-term maintenance of data accuracy.

Experience requirements

3 5 years of experience in data governance and data analysis in healthcare or health insurance
solid SQL/data querying skills to trace data lineage and validate transformations
experience with data governance or metadata tools (e.g., Collibra, MS Purview, Databrick Unity) is preferred
familiarity with Medicare Advantage and healthcare performance metrics (e.g., HEDIS, STARs) is a plus
