- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Support and encourage patient engagement in their care plans and daily activities.

Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to varying work environments.
- Current CPR certification is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- California Home Care Aide registration (background check may be needed)
- Current TB screening or Chest X-Ray results
- Legal eligibility to work (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
