Job Description
Community Care Hospice, a division of Community Visiting Nurse Association, is currently seeking a Hospice Manager based out of our Somerville, NJ office. This position will provide leadership and guidance to our Hospice team, ensuring effective patient care and quality standards. The Hospice Manager assumes the primary responsibility for Hospice services provided by the agency in homes and inpatient settings.
