(Physician/MD qualifications required) Hospitalist- Nocturnist - Hospitalist Nocturnist opportunity in Dover, OH
Excellent opportunity to join a closely knit, established team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Position Highlights:
We staff two physicians and one APP per day shift (7 am7 pm) and one physician on nights (7 pm7 am), and we help cover for our teammates when needed.
We are directly involved in many committees, including sepsis, code blue, stroke, etc.
We work closely with nurses for our specialized Plan of Care visits and have daily multidisciplinary rounds with case managers, nurses, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and pharmacy.

Qualifications:
Board-certified|eligible in Internal Medicine.
We work in an open 10-bed low-acuity ICU with additional intensivist coverage during the day.
Our team is expected to be able to perform procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, and intubation, respond to rapid responses, and run CODE BLUEs.
