Job Description

The Hospitality Coordinator ensures seamless daily operations, exceptional member experiences, and efficient logistics. This role blends hands-on support with administrative tasks to uphold WndrHLTH’s high standards. The main goal of this role is to ensure that every member’s journey is unique by gathering and structuring key information to personalize their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain administrative systems, manage special projects, and handle daily errands.
  • Receive, track, and distribute deliveries and packages.
  • Pack and ship member orders, welcome kits, and replenishments.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee floral arrangements.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up for meetings, assessments, and appointments.
  • Support member onboarding, set up platforms, and personalize member experiences.
  • Gather and structure member information for a seamless journey.
  • Assist with scheduling for members and scientists.
  • Work closely with the Maitre d’ to refine service procedures and policies.
  • Contribute to the WndrHLTH App by adding relevant content.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate member needs.
