We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our dynamic team in Taos, NM. You'll be working in a stunning environment, with opportunities to grow and enjoy generous perks unique to our beautiful state.
**Hourly Position:** Full-time, ranging from $15.50-$17.50 depending on experience, plus benefits.
**Location:** Taos, NM, based at our charming El Monte Sagrado property.
**What You'll Do:**
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with both team members and guests.
- Uphold safety and health regulations, including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and furnishings, paying special attention to high-touch surfaces.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly.
- Familiarize yourself with the chemicals used for cleaning, in case guests inquire.

**What We're Looking For:**
- A passion for perfection and keen attention to detail.
- Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/push/reach/carry 50+ pounds frequently.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Certifications or experience showcasing your commitment to safety and community (e.g., NM Safe Certified Hotelier).
